Normally you'd make backups yourself. If you don't have a recent one, then pray that your host keeps backups. Your best bet is to ask them.

Are you an Admin? I'm running 3.8, maybe it isn't there for 3.7.

So I am just SOL? I've never made a backup and do not know how. HOW DO I?

Have you forgotten the cardinal rule of data? ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS create backups!
If you have access to CPanel, there's a backup routine that you can use to back up your site. www.vbulletin.com also has instructions for backing up the database if you have access to the server and can run scripts. |

Did you ask your host if they happened to have a back-up?
