Reply and View totals off by 1

When browsing for new posts, the View column is only and always 1 number greater than Replies. Seems to have happened recently, can anyone clue me in where to change this value?

Basically the Replies and View column always shows a difference of + one. - ex. A Thread is replied to 4 times, and it always shows only 5 people have viewed the thread even though more have...

views is counting the number of time the page was viewed, not the number of persons who viewed it... so logically if you see it twice, you are counted as two...

and we can not help until you tell us what mods you have on your site.

This is is what is not happening. I should have clarified - I wasn't referring to how many users viewed the thread, but the total views. (I can view a thread I just created 5 times, but always shows only one view) Is there a VB setting for this? Or do you think it's in one fo the plugins?

I'm the new admin of our forums, the previous admin installed lots of "products" is this what you mean by mods? I can list them, but there are a lot...
