I have seen this on a couple of different forums it shows the downloads and uploads in the postbit i have searched everywhere for this mod but cant seem to find it can anyone point me in the right direction for this.. TIA

That looks like the postbit info that the Downloads II mod adds. It's just a admincp setting when you install it. No idea how you would do it outside of that....
