hello friends...
please help. i wanna disable this new feature of Vbulletin. It renames and hyperlink the anydownload link with host name/company name. check this image... See Rapidshare links they are auto renamed to Rapidshare.com Title. please help me.. i want to stop this.... i want original link to be displayed... ![]() |

That is not default vbulletin behaviour which means it is a modification doing this. So, just turn off the modification.

this is happening only with latest version of vbulletin. in 3.7.2 it was not there...

you use vbSEO or another SEO engine, they are checking the source meta tag of each link and display their name... you have to configure your engine, not vBulletin, which does not have this feature at all...

That's fine, but it still is not default vbulletin behavior. It is one of your modifications.

it is because the 3.7.2 version did not had a hook where the system is now checking for that detail in the latest version of vBulletin, that's why you see that behavior now... but my first reply stand.
