Allow BBCode in Pictures' Title in Albums

I don't know if this should be simple...
BBCode is not allowed in the Titles of pictures in Albums, and as far as I know it's not possible to activate.

Is there a simple way to change it?

Other possible solutions:
- Add a Subtitle field where we can use BBCode?
- Allow just one comment from the owner of the picture? (only the owner can comment, and only 1 comment)
