Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> User Banning Options
Enable if necessary, enter her IP into the IP block field and save. Her IP is probably dynamic so if you're sure it won't affect any other users you could enter it as "207.119.79" as well. Mind you, this will only ban her from the forums. |

IP banishment is weak because of proxy tricks. Example, you can use google translate to spoof your IP address on a website.
