I need to be able to promote from one usergroup to a secondary usergroup if the member of that group has posted WITHIN the last 30 days.

Can't find any mods that do this. Does anyone have any ideas?

Does it "have" to be with the past 30 days? Can it be based off post count or how long the person has been a member?

VBulletin has a built in promotion system, I am going to guess that you looked at the options it has to offer?
