I just redisgned my site added some odds and ends. Any feedback is appreciated in addition to any other ideas on how to get folks to register.

your header looks too stretched.

Ok. First off the header is too stretched. Secondly you have way too much information above the fold. Make it a lot less, so visitors can see the forums maybe. I think that way more people would be inclined to sign up.
