Is there a MOD that uses a point/cash system but also has a store built in so users can purchase things that the ability to have a signature, an avatar, etc..?

I have been having trouble locating anything like this.

Sorta, they're not "discontinuing" it so much as not modifying the code to adhere to the security standards of Jelsoft. It was removed from the modification area because it had some pretty big security exploits in it.
