NSFW Thread Flag and 'Work Mode'

I was wondering if there was a way to add an option when creating a thread to flag it as 'NWS' and add it to the thread title (Possibly in bold) so that users know a thread that could possibly cause issues while reading at work or other places such as the library.

Another option I would like is 'Safe Mode' where it will uncheck all options in the users profile to turn off images, avatars and sigs which can be turned off globally, probably add it somewhere to the top menu.

I did some quick searching but have been unable to find too much info.

Anyone have any ideas on how I can figure out how to setup a button in the nav menu that will change certain options in the users profile.

Basically I want it to say 'Work Mode: Off' so images/sigs and avatars are turned on and 'Work Mode: On' so that they are all turned on.

I have a lot of members in school and unfortunately sometimes things get posted before I can get around to cleaning them up and an option would be great for this. I have seen it on another forum and did PM the admin but no reply after a week so far.

for the "NWS" prefix, i'd make use of the thread prefix system thats built in to 3.8.

For the work mode, It'd probably take a custom modification, but shouldn't be hard since all those are also default options in the userCP, a 1 button click to switch them off would be handy though.
