I can't edit a template ?

Whenever I try to edit the template: pm_showpm

It just goes to a blank screen but with the admincp border etc..

It dosen't say 'saved style template sucesfully'

What is causing this error ?

Check your webserver errorlog file. Most likely any of the following:

- PHP needs more memory
- Mod_security
- Suhosin/Hardened PHP

I'm sending out a mass email to all my 30k members whilst doing this.

Could this be a cause for the error (lack of PHP memory) ?

No, that could only cause the server to respond slow or page not found errors and maybe a MySQL error message.

Ok I told my server liquidweb to help me and do what you said.

Is there anything I can check ? I have cpanel installed on my server and have FTP access just to let you know.

Not much you can do then to check the logs atm.

Marco, this is what my host said:

"Those sound like they could be the culprits. Could you please give me the
login credentials and step-by-step instructions to reproduce the error? That
will allow me to pinpoint what is going on in the error logs."

Please can you help Marco on how to go about getting the error logs

Why don't you just do what your host is asking. That would be the fastest way to have your problem resolved.

I have the same problem with the "search_forum" template. How did you fix it?

EdIT: BTW, i can change all other templates with no problem, just this one im having the problem with.

FIXED: It was a Mod_security issue.
