i researched this issue on vb.com and all i found was to try reverting templates till the problem is fixed. i would like to find the code for the security token it's self and fix that. any suggestions?

First place to start would be to look at how it happens (e.g. when posting, etc.). Then you can find the template. On every form, the security token must be inserted, so insert it into the form.
