I want to know how to display sub-forums like categories like here in this forums, I have attached a screen shot explaining what I need.

They are not subforums, that are forums.
vBulletin 3.7 Modifications - this is set as a category. In the Forums Manager pages, edit the forum and set Act as Forum to No. Also set Forum is Open to No. vBulletin 3.7 Addons & vBulletin 3.7 Template Modification are normal forums, set Act as Forum to Yes and set Forum is Open to Yes. |

actually I want to know how the other modifications are listed there? u can hide one category and link it right? for example 3.7 modifications is a category u can hide it and link it seperately but how did they link other categories like 3.6? and 3.5 etc? how all of them are displayed in the same page? thats my doubt.

I'm not following you.
They are forums, you create a category and make it a category, i.e. not a forum Then using the dropdown menu next to that category, you select Add Child Forum. Then make that a forum and make it open. |
