Download the files from the members area of vbulletin.com and you can get the config.php.new file in the /includes folder.
Edit this file with the relevant database name and username, rename it to config.php and upload it to the /includes folder on your server. Do you not have any filesystem backups? If the hard disk died in the server you would be screwed! |
