Looking for a usergroup promotions mod

I run a couple of large forums and currently reward active members (those with over 10 posts and registered more than a week) with reduced advertising and participating members (those with over 50 posts and registered more than a month) with minimal advertising (specialist usergroups, donators and staff see no adverts of course). What I am looking for is a modification or way to use the promotions system that will allow me to move active and participating members into an "inactive members" and display adverts to them again if they have made less than X (probably 5-10) posts within the last 30 days. This may cause some difficulties as I have a photopost gallery to which uploads and comments increase postcount so a simple query search would not help as I do want comments and new pictures to count.

I believe I would need a modification that would keep a record of each users postcount on a daily basis (for those with more than one post) and compare the current value with that of a month ago, a message saying you must make X posts within the next X days to retain active user status would be useful but not necessary as I could easily add some code that will display a message only to the new inactive members why they are seeing more adverts again.

For those interested I use the template code <if condition="$bbuserinfo['usergroupid'] == X"> where X is the usergroup id to choose who to display what adverts to, it's a bit bulky at times but suits my needs.

Is there a modification that is capable of doing this? I would of course need it to go both ways, move members into "inactive" when they are inactive and back into the "active" groups when they become active again. If this modification doesn't exist would someone be willing to code it (perhaps for a small fee)?
