I use VB 3.8.0 RC2 and Blog 2.0.0 but i don't see random blog post when entried blog page. Pls help me

Random Blog as in "Featured Blog"? Is it seen on the vB.com blogs?

i saw to this system vb-forum. it used vb blog system. pls look this pic

i can not found to this in blog settings.
