I quite like this style/color on vbulletin.org (dark navy blue) and with some black borders (right and left) as well. How do I get exactly the same thing for my new forum?
Styles and Templates and then I click on?

The vBulletin.org style has not been released. However, I believe there are people who have made similar styles.

As far as I know, no, it has not been released. But I am not 100% sure.
