Does anyone have any experience with collaborating vbulletin with other API's or content management systems? Are there any out there that are easy to integrate and particulary share the same authentication credentials for end users?
Thanks in advance. |

there's a couple of joomla bridge attempts, vbdrupal and a wordpress bridge. There's also vbadvanced.

Are they all attempts, or do you know of any successful implementations? Do you know of any platforms that are pretty simple to integrate or supported?
Thanks! |

vbadvanced is very widely used and a simple install - limited in a lot of ways but good at what it does. The wordpress bridge is a bit tricky but much more powerful on permissions etc. I've tried both of those properly. I wouldn't give an opinion on vbdrupal as I didn't really give it enough time.
www.vbadvanced.com/ www.vbdrupal.org/ (also drupal vb ) the wordpress bridge is on here as a mod- if you've used wordpress before then it should be a breeze (not perfect but worth it for the extra power) It really depends on what you need. |
