It's not too bad for me BUT http://crazylk.com/forum/home.php?/ seems an oddly formed url.

What's going on there?

plain old http://crazylk.com/forum/home.php loads far faster.

It is slow. It may be all those images you have on the page. Are those optimized for the web? You can go to vb.com and the Server Configuration forum and ask for them to help optimize your server. That's only good if you are on dedicated though (and maybe VPS).
