I just downloaded vBulletin yesterday and when I went to go customize my
albums, I clicked 'add album' and an error popped up. How do I fix this? Is this a vBulletin problem or a coding problem?? the site is: ezq.org/forums I need help! Has this happened to anyway else?? |

Sounds like the link is incorrect. Does that page actually exist? Check the link and then the same path in your ftp client. And, make sure the file is readable.

I am not very good with technology and stuff, but is there a place on the vBulletin ACP where I can access to change the link in anyway?? When I got to edit the template, and I go to the album templates, I dont see an add album template option.
Would this go away if we just reset the forum? |

Do this - vboptions > General Settings > Add Template Name in HTML Comments > set to Yes . Then if you go back to the member.php page and view the page source, and search for "add album", just above that you will see:
HTML Code:
<!-- BEGIN TEMPLATE: memberinfo_block_albums -->
Hover over the link, or just look at the link at the top in the browser (on the page you get the error on). What is the url? Does it look valid? Follow that path in your ftp client. Is the file there? If not, upload it - maybe it's just missing. |
