I'm looking at a social group that a test user created on my test site and he cannot see IPs. My Admin account can.
Create a new style with no parent - Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Add New Style > no parent - then browse the site using that totally default vbulletin style - do you still have the same problem? |

Ah, I feel stupid. The problem was that we made a bunch of personal subforums where several regular users became mods. Is there any way to make IPs viewable by admins but not mods?

Maybe check their permissions under Forums & Moderators > Show All Moderators and remove the ability of "Can View IP Addresses" in there.

Nope, doesn't work. All social group creators can STILL see IPs on any style/template.
