Default Can someone tell me what I did wrong?
I am trying to move the "Display Options" and "Active Members" and "Moderators" area to the top above the threads. but for some reason its not working right...

I can't see a thing without a test account to log into. But, from the screenshot I would say what you are missing is the actual list of users/moderators? Those variables/lists need to actually have been determined/parsed in the code in order for them to be displayed. It could be that you are evaling your template/code before those variables are available for display.

Ah, so it's a table structure thing. I didn't see that. Taking a look at that code, it's all off. I'm not sure about this, but give it a try:
