blank page when I ban, delete, remove

I am running 3.7.3

In the admin panel whenever I take an action to ignore, delete or ban from the registrants awaiting approval I get a blank page and no confirmation of action. When I go back, nothing has changed on the user profile.

In essence, I can ban from the user profile but it's a pain.

Something is wrong here...

Any help?

I would check the apache error_logs and see if the error is showing up there.

I am sorry for the stupid question.

Where would I find the apache error logs?

What would I be looking for?

Mine are in /home/mysitename/logs

And, you'd look for an error on that page. I was recently debugging something and got this:

[Tue Dec 16 12:53:04 2008] [error] [client xx.xx.xx.xx] PHP Warning:  Illegal offset type in /home/mysite/forumdisplay.php(111) : eval()'d code on line 49, referer: mysite.org/newthread.php?do=newthread&f=4

So, I looked at line 111 in forumdisplay, found the hook name, then looked in my plugin for the problem.
