CSS Help required please

We have had one of our members create a CSS menu for our forum.

It looks great but.
It wont sit with our template.
Also it isnt fully compliant with IE, works fine in FF

We also need to size it to match our site, and centre it.

The menu is:

Any suggestions please, greatly appreciated
