Hi, I just downloaded a MOD. Can someone tell me step by step how to install it?

You need to ask taht in the modification thread. Different mods have different installation instructions. Also, most of them either have the instructions in the thread or in a text file. You may want to take a look at the manual, including this page and the section it is in - Importing / Installing a Product
