Can someone please create a drama queen bot?

I need an automated bot that I can put on a specified board, maybe call it the Drama Queen Board, where I can send all the drama queens at a site to, so they can argue endlessly with Drama Queen Bot.. Someone to keep the drama queens busy so they stop annoying the regular members of a board! LOL!
