It seems you didn't successfully run the upgrade script. That column was added sometimes between 3.6.8 and 3.7.3 (not sure where). vb.com will probably know the correct query to run to add that column.

Um, well, I suggested that vb.com would probably know the correct query, so probably your best bet is to head over there and post this same question.
