What does line 57 say?
Yes it works with 2.0.3...... 2.0.3 is no structurally different than 2.0.1 or even 2.0.0... |

ok I got it so it didn't give an error, but after I get it done, I don't see anything new in the admin Control Panel to change to set the required post count?
I have installed and uninstalled this hack 4 times and I still can't see anything in the admin CP. Please help. |

Admin Control Panel -> Forums -> Modify -> select the forum you want - >
Scroll all the way to the bottom of the resulting form and at the bottom there should be four new options where you can change the information to your needs. This has to be done on a forum by forum basis. If you do not see these four options then you didn't install the hack properly and I suggest you go through the readme file to change the parts you missed. None of the code changes are optional. |

Fixed.
Somebody really needs to go through this hack again and pull all the peices together. Like what one person said, I too had to grab parts here and there to get it to work. The readme isn't the same as the code in the post. Might want to go through and get them the same. Thanks! |

I'll just pull support for it and not make it available anymore.

uh... I guess if you feel that way. I got it working so if somebody would just compile a full list of instructions it would be really nice. I think that's why soo many people need support for it, because all the info is there, but it's all jumbled.
But it's up to you. |

I can see why people who create hacks get frustrated. It seems that they take the time and effort to make something and someone always wants more.
Gutspiller, you got it to work.. Why don't you write up the instructions that got it to work for you? |

Gutspliller,
With all due respect, Wayne and many of us are extremely busy as well. Yet somehow he finds a way to spend his free time helping others in these forums. I don't know if you realize this, but Wayne, myself and the other Moderators donate our time here. We are not compensated by Jelsoft in any way. Heck, the next copy of vB I buy, I'll be paying the same price as you and everyone else. So I suggest you show a bit more respect for the hard and unselfish support that Wayne gives in these forums. And if you can find a way to do it, it would be very nice if you would give something back as well. Just a thouht! |
