administrator has no permissions

Alright, I've tried everything and am unable to fix this.

We recently moved domains, and had to pull a backup of the db and rewrite it to the new domain. Everything works fine, except my administrator account no longer has access to moderator tools. I see the following: http://www.grabup.com/uploads/4e560e...c241e0c4ce.png when trying to move threads, etc. I still show up as an admin, and can access all admin forums as well as the admincp. I just have no access to moderator tools.

I've tried changing my username, changing my usergroup (i.e. to supermod, etc), going into MySQL and matching my permissions to other admins who are working fine (i think... unless permissions are stored somewhere in MySQL I don't know about).... anyone know what would be causing this?

Did you give yourself full admin permissions in the config.php file?

Hmm... yah, although there's not really much in there that has to do with permissions - just queries, etc.

You're talking about /forums/includes/config.php, yes?

Yeah, that is the file. I was wonder about the line making the admin a super admin.
$config['SpecialUsers']['superadministrators'] = 'xx';

I don't think that's your problem. You may want to do a search over on vb.com cuz I know I saw this come up once before but I don't recall what the problem was. I would recommend trying these two things also:

Create a new style with no parent - Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Add New Style > no parent - then browse the site using that totally default vbulletin style - do you still have the same problem?

If it is still happening, then try disabling your plugins and see if you still have this problem.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit config.php and add this line right under <?php
