Upload avatar on registration

Users should be able to upload their avatar on registration. There has been such a mod for vb 3.5, but it does not work correctly since vb 3.6 (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=115488). The custom avatar upload from computer does not work any more.

Any help on updating that mod or creating a new one would be greatly appreciated!
