need help programming new modifications

I've been reviewing vbulletin for potential use on a new web site I'm developing. I’m interested in getting some assistance from someone who is very familiar with vbulletin’s workings and can assist with modifications on a ongoing as needed basis.

The new website I'm creating will offer services to different clubs. Each of these clubs will need a means to (1) make announcements to their approved members, (2) a bulletin board for members to share thoughts, (3) a calendar of events, (4) a photo gallery, (5) a means to email members. If a member isn’t approved, they should have no access to any of this information. The part that’s unique is that people are members of multiple clubs with a single signup and need access to the appropriate information for all clubs to which they belong with a single login.

People sign up at one of many “Main Clubs”. Every Main Club has an association with up to four different “Associate Clubs” so that when a member logged in they see information from the Main Club and the appropriate Associated Clubs. Every Associated Club can be connected with any of the Main Clubs. The person’s participation in the Associate Club is predicated on (a) which Associate Clubs are assigned with the Main Club (based upon a new database table that would be built as part of the modification and the title of each member as you must have a specific title to be part of certain Associate Clubs).

We also want the logo of the appropriate Main Club to appear at the top of the page upon a person's login so it site looks like that club's site and not our own site. We’d appreciating hearing from someone with appropriate experience to help with this type of modification.

The different clubs part could be done with social groups and the social forums mod. I'm pretty sure there is a photo gallery mod aswel.

Also, if you are after custom modifications, are you looking for free or what are you willing to pay?

I am expecting to pay a fair price for someone's time. However, I'm hoping to find someone with enough familiarity with the current existing mods that either (a) I can pay for their time to help install any existing mods that I need or (b) any new mods that I need can be done to allow for future upgrades without difficulty. I'm really not familiar with the offerings associated with vbulletin and want to spend some money to cut through the learning curve.

I have a pretty good knowledge of the mods I've used and can help for free but if you are after a custom made mod, I won't be much help. If you need any help installing/using existing mods, I will be happy to help. Just give me a PM if you ever need me.

Marco, I'd like to find out if your software can do what I need done as explained above. Once I know your software can do that, I'd like to pay for the software and then pay for the help. Why cannot I have a conversation with someone knowledgeable the software so I can find out if it can solve my problem? Can I have that conversation with you?
