I can't even tell what I am seeing. It looks like it's in the signature. And what does it do?

its drop down menus so users can put the types of reptiles in that they have and whater u like insted of having a huge signature

I've never seen anything like it. Have you tried asking the site owner what the name of the modification is? (He may have had it specially coded just for them or he may have coded it himself.)
