My first thought: Wow, too dark - And thats my thought, doesnt have to be changed if you like it yourself

Got some stuff you should improve:
Forum directory.
As it is now, it shows yoururl.co.uk/upload/
You should change the map's name to forum. Not a big deal, but looks better in the url

Also, you should fix your activation email.
