Cookies Problem

Hello,

Recently i have very interesting problem that is about cookies, i think. So when a member login my forum, this member logout in this same time. Also, there r 3 times in my forum. First time is in HomePage(http://www.mywebsite.com). its slow watch 30 min. http://mywebsite.com is slow 15 min. when i enter other topic, this time is normal.

I used tools.php, changed cookies timeout and website path.

I didnt understand that problem. I need help.
