Two questions:

1. Where can I find the mod in Spanish or where can I translated myself? (cannot find almost anything Paypal related under Phrases Admin).

2. Is it possible to have (or is there a) a drop down menu in where the Members can choose in what currency they which to pay?. I have members from all over the world.

If you are using a modification - you should ask the author of that modification.
