Default Issue with Moderation/Infraction system

I only see the ability to send a message in for moderation as a Mod or higher, but there's no function for it showing for normal members...

I have the Infraction levels created...

How can I make it so each of my levels, shows up in the Moderate Message for the members?

Example:

*Clicks on 'Moderate Message'(or whatever icon shows up) for a message I find offensive*

Moves to a new screen/pop up with this:

Reason for Marking this message:

[] Spamming
[] Bypassing Censors
[] Post Boosting
[] Profile/Sig/Avatar Violation
[] Flaming
[] Trolling
[] **Spoiler** without Warning
[] Offensive Material

[] Other (blank text box shows)

So your basically using the options in Infractions rather then Report Post, right? Have you set all the permissions available in Usergroup Permissions for Infractions?

I don't see an area to set 'Report Post' or 'Infraction' as a Permission anywhere...

basically use Registered Users as an example if you can..

I see where other users can give Infractions, but I just want them to be able to Mark a message that they find offensive, breaks TOS, ect. - Not actually give the punishment

So it goes into a Queue for Mods or higher to take care of

Well, the infraction system does just that, it gives infractions. If you want people to report a post then just let them use the default report post feature. It's not as complex as the infraction system, but it will report to designated forum.

Ok, I've got Report Post set back up - Thank's!

Is there a way to customize the Report Post? Maybe add text, or a few options, so they can see the list of infractions, to mark, for the reason of the Reporting of the post?

I just don't like how they can only type something in, instead of being able to select a reason that's there for a possible TOS violation.

(this would show if a member clicked 'Report Post' icon(btw, can we change the icon in anyway? maybe make it say something, like a link instead?)

Example:

*clicks Report Post*

Window pops up and following is shown:

[] Spamming
[] Bypassing Censors
[] Post Boosting
[] Profile/Sig/Avatar Violation
[] Flaming
[] Trolling
[] **Spoiler** without Warning
[] Offensive Material

[] Other (blank text box shows)

Also: Is there a way that when a member's Post, has been Reported and an infraction/Warning is given - that the member who's message was in question, will receive a 'notification' ? I was viewing the 'display notice if..' - and didn't see this to be a feature - I see it has ' if infraction is between x and x points. - What if it's just a warning, with no loss of reputation?

Also:

When giving an infraction(staff member) - on the infraction page, there isn't a place for a 'Precreated notice' - Is there a way to have that show up, so I don't have to find the notice I want to send, and send it? But it's sent automatically?
