I've had this problem for ages.
I think its silly where there is no option for navbar. You have things for everything - even time colour, so why not navbar? |

In the manual (as suggested above) - then go to the relevant section in your ACP.

The manual tells you the name of the class. Then you go to the Main CSS for your style and change the color for that class.
