How do I add a Image below the avatar for each member.

Example, Members as of today.. have to be verified to collect winnings. So I have to assign each member with a VERIFIED SEAL... how can i add the image to each assigned member?

Only members who are approved, how can i pick by username and add an image below their avatar?

Heres a picture below... an example

You should be able to do that with a custom field.

im not a coder, can you explain? is there a way to do it for each member seperately?
Is there a file or something which applies to selected member only?
