How to do this as Vbulletin.org ?

I would like to let the thread posted and displayed as Vbulletin.org's Mods area. It is really very easy for member to read clearly and get the information quickly.

1. How to make the tabbed menu ? (box number 1 in the image)
I found a mod named Tabbar Suite. Does vB.org use that mod? If not, please let me know the mod which you used.

2. Prefixes as sub-forums ? (box number 2 in the image)
Actually, Add-on Releases is a prefix (see the attached image named vbb2.jpg). However, when we view a mod (vBulletin-Glossary, in this case), we can see the Add-on Releases in the path way as a sub-forum. How to do that?

Moreover, if I download or install a mod, that mod will be automatically added a prefix Downloaded or Installed. It means that one thread has 2 prefixes. How to do that?

I can't find any tutorial or mod can do that. Please guide me.

3. How to do the vote ? (box number 3 in the image)
Please guide me how you can make the vote in that form and locate it at that place? Is it just a template modification?

4. How to make the formatted structure for a thread ? (boxes number 4 in the image)
I really don't know how you can do this. I found two mods: Form Hack 4.1 and Custom Thread Fields 2.0.0, but it is possible that you don't use neither of them. When I try to Post new mod, I got the form as shown in the attached image named vbb2.jpg. That form does not allow me to supply all necessary information as displayed in the thread (download link, screenshots, supported or not supported, etc.)

In my forum, I want member post in a form like this. I really want to know how to do it. Please guide me.

5. How to make the right-side small menu ? (box number 5 in the image)
It is really nice idea. Users can quickly access to some functions of the forum. Please let me know which mod can do that or how to make that.

Many of the Mods used on vb.org are not released to the public. There are similar ones available that users have written, but they are not exactly the same as the vb.org ones.

2) Add-On Releases is an actual forum. They just happen to have a drop-down for navigation of those sub-forums.

Many of your questions about about the actual postbit template. They have one specifically for the modifications forums (and a similar one for the articles forums). It's all just a rearranged postbit. Take a look at the html and you can do something similar. I seem to recall a similar postbit was included in this mod - Chief First Post - Every Page 3.7 I have no idea if it's still included but you may want to take a look.

1) Set display order for the forum to 0 and then create a direct HTML link to the forum.

5) Possibly included in the "Chief First Post" mod, else you need to add appropriate HTML to the postbit template.
