Rating Review Stars

How can I embed pictures of stars into a thread for when I review products? I dont want a Thread rating....

Here is a example, can this work for Vbulletin? If it can please pm me asap I want it! Or if you can create me one ill pay ya..

See I dont want a thread rating...I want something more like it can show stars and up to 10 stars not just 5. The new vbulletin already comes with a thread rating....and its only up to 5 stars...

I grabbed a pic of stars and did my own review but this gives you a general idea of what I am after:

Man, that site is obnoxious! But what I saw was a bunch of stars in the first post. So, are they reviewing the post (and thus can review every post in the thread?) or just the thread? If it's just the thread, I think you just need to modify the existing thread rating system (to allow 10, instead of 5 and then move where the rating is shown).
