Hi I have a skin its fixed but hwo can i make it fluid the skin is called redfox

The width is usually set in the StyleVars for the style. Change it there to a percent instead of pixels.

Look in Styles & Templates > Style Manager > find your style in the list and from the dropdown pick StyleVars.

u see the menu bar at top and where the logo is i wanna make it the same size as the bar where it says Welcome, 'User' which setting do i change?

I really don't know. I don't have that style. You should ask in the style thread/forum for help on changing things.
