Which mod can add such a usergroup bar.
I haven't found any modification to add a status bar for every usergroup.

Actually, you don't need a mod for that. You can achieve this by adding user ranks in your Admin CP. Admin CP>User Ranks>User Rank Manager>Add New User Rank. Upload your images via FTP.
