Paul is the only one working on the update. It takes a lot with the custom modifications / styles to make it 'perfect'.

I can't even imagine all the coding he has to reapply on some test board to make sure it's all going to switch over properly. Quote:
You get more, yet you're getting features that are at vb.org. I looked through and Zoints does tags and social networking and blogs, there is also a journal hack and it's basically the same thing. The image resizing was here before it was on 3.7 and the photogallery was here as well. So I must be missing the things that 3.7 has that 3.6 doesn't. 3.6 is also going to eventually be terminated so whether you like it or not, buying when you did made it a natural choice to choose 3.7 over 3.6, because it won't be terminated or whatever in a few months or whatever date they gave for "end of life for 3.6". |

And if you're counting the stuff at vb.org, you'll have to take into consideration the mods that are available for 3.7. Not only that but most mod development goes into the newest version, so there will be no doubt plenty more things 3.7 will have that 3.6 doesn't have. |

3.6,because 3.7 is way too full of features, seems a bit messy to me.
