vBulletin Options > Style & Language Settings > Use Legacy (Vertical) Postbit Template (and select yes)

After Style & Language Settings > cant fond the next step,

As stated above....

Log into your admincp, click vbulletin options dropdown.
click vbulletin options again.
click Style & Language Settings.
Scroll down until you see Use Legacy (Vertical) Postbit Template Section , click yes
