I own both Photopost classifieds and vbclassifieds.
The support on both sites is good.
The products are very different, each having it's strong and weak points.
While I too get frustrated with slow support, I think I now accept it when I purchase from individual people, not companies. They have lives like the rest of us, and when they are not available, that is often the entire support "team". As compared to vBulletin that truly has a team. I run a site by myself, and also have times that I am not available - so I am sympathetic.
I think Ken (vbclassified) is doing a great job, he makes many edits to the script to meet customer needs / requests, has a chat system where people can get live help, and is very accommodating.
Just my 2 cents.

I want to male a formal apology to Ken for being impatient and a BIG pain in the ass and extend my "I'm sorry' .... I was on pins and aggravated by other issues and posted. I should of stepped back and read more.

Well guys

I've been struggling to get support lately. I purchased an addon for vbclassifieds. So i;ve paid money intop of the original purchase and i'm getting zero response, even from emails. So i've flushed my money down the drain. I've paid $110.

Not happy at all, i'm sorry guys if you cant support then you should not be in business.
