Error when registering on Vb 3.7.2

When somebody tries to register the vb system wont allow them to complete the process because when they click on OK or ACCEPT they get only a blank screen saying about a Database error and soon after that i receive an email regarding that error:

You might want to take a look at this page in the manual - Duplicate entry 'XXX'. Also, try a search over on vb.com. I've seen this issue come up before and you should be able to find some info over there.
