i am looking for a mod when users regiester they are only allowed to login and logout with the ip they regiestred if any other ip log's on the account should be blocked i wont a staff application mod and i wont a mod that lets users use gif as avatars and lastly when someone puts there siggys up it comes up as a link any one help?

Restricting an account to one IP would not be very effective at all, as many (most?) people have dynamic IPs, which change over time.
