plugin error vb and itrader

i tried to install the mod" itrader" but when i import the xml file
it give me this error
Database error in vBulletin 3.7.2:

Invalid SQL:
ALTER TABLE usergroup ADD itraderpermissions int(10) UNSIGNED NOT NULL default '0';

If you have questions regarding a modification please post in the modification thread/site/board from which you downloaded it as the author/other users will be the ones best able to assist you.

This is your error: MySQL Error : Duplicate column name 'itraderpermissions'
It appears you have installed the modification already or something.

i have created test datebase and test forum, and the hack works fine.
so I guess there might be something wrong with my original vb database and tables
I tried to run upgrade agian and again, and the problem is still there
