Hello

I need to give access to spiders(mainly google, yahoo, msn) so they can visit what registered users can visit.

Spiders only see what guests can see so you would need to allow guests to view what your registered users can see.

Please note that doing what you want, breaks Google's TOS.

Search google's webmaster help docs. They have a solution for this. webmasterworld.com is also using this. They get indexed, but people need to register if they want to see more than a few results.
Google indexes these pages without showing its cache.
