Is there a general link to point to your own profile? For example...

"Click HERE to visit your profile" and then code HERE with it.

you can use this way

HTML Code:
<a href="member.php?$session[sessionurl]u=$bbuserinfo[userid]">$vbphrase[your_profile]</a>
would return Your Profile linked to ones own profile

Thanks, and I'm sorry, I changed my intentions.

I want to add a link to the Site Nav module with the text My Profile and have it link to view their profile, not edit it or anything.

I can't understand what you are saying..

do you want to display linked "My Profile" in navbar right ??

If yes, do the same as above. You may prefer reading this as well.

No, I want the link in the Site Navigational Module. Not the Navbar.
